Due to a variety of reasons, delivery schedules do not always go perfectly as planned. Don't worry, we'll make sure you get your food one way or another!
Once you have fully transitioned to NomNomNow, we will send you several emergency meals to store in your freezer. In the event that your package doesn't arrive on the scheduled day, we suggest you defrost these emergency meals and use them until we can send you a new delivery, so your pup or kitty will never be without their healthy food.
