What are the deadlines to make order changes to a new or existing accounts?

Whether you are a new or existing customer, any requested order changes (such as a recipe change, meal size adjustment, and delivery address updates) or cancellation requests must be received by no later than 12 pm PST on Thursday, if you receive deliveries on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and by no later than 12 pm PST on Sunday, if you receive deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays.

Please note, any requested changes received after this deadline will not take effect until the next scheduled shipment. Your deadline for each order can be found on the homepage of your account. Changes can be made in your NomNomNow account or by reaching us at care@nomnomnow.com, as well as by phone or text at (415) 991-0669.
