What if I want to cancel my deliveries?

We'd hate to see you go, but know that life happens.

To freeze (cancel) your NomNomNow account, please email us at care@nomnomnow.com or call us at 415-991-0669 and we will gladly assist you.

Please keep our deadlines in mind when making any changes to your account that you would like to take effect, including freezing your deliveries. As orders are made fresh each week and ingredients are purchased right after orders are placed, we need to know about changes ahead of time (about a week before your delivery arrives).

Order change requests such as recipe changes or meal size changes must be received no later than 11:59am PST on Thursday if you receive deliveries on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and no later than 11:59am PST on Sunday if you receive deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays. These requests can be made through your NomNomNow Account.

Freezing account requests must be received no later than 11:59am PST on Thursday if you receive deliveries on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and no later than 4:59pm PST on Friday if you receive deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays.
