Whether you need it a little earlier than anticipated or perhaps a little later than you thought, you have the flexibility to reschedule your next delivery as needed.
To adjust your next order:
1. Select the Manage Delivery option on your Nom Nom account's home page
2. Select the "Reschedule" option
3. Choose your new delivery date
4. Click "Reschedule Delivery"
The deadline to make changes to the new delivery date will be updated once the change is confirmed, and you'll receive an email confirming your new schedule.
Please note, only available delivery dates will be displayed. If you do need a special request, please contact our Pet Support Team directly to see if we can help further.
As always, be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to the deadline displayed on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account.
