We understand you may need to reschedule a delivery every now and then. Whether you need it a little earlier than anticipated or perhaps a little later than scheduled, you have the flexibility to do that in your delivery schedule.
To adjust your next order:
- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- On the Plan page, scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Select "Reschedule or cancel your delivery".
- Click the dropdown menu next to your current delivery to view all available delivery dates.
- Select your new delivery date.
- Click "Save delivery date".
The deadline to make changes to the new delivery date will be updated once the change is confirmed.
Please note, only available delivery dates will be displayed. You will receive an email confirming the change.
As always, be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to the "Deadline to make changes" displayed on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account.
