While your pet may not approve of this decision, we understand you may need to skip a delivery every now and then.
Skipping a delivery is easy, just follow these steps:
- Log into your NomNomnow Account and click Account in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select "Delivery schedule".
- Next to the delivery you would like to skip, choose "Skip" from the drop-down.
- Scroll down and select a "Reason for delivery change"
- Click the orange "Save changes" button.
Please note, you may skip up to four deliveries and will receive an email confirming the skipped dates. Your account will still be active and resume deliveries after the last skipped delivery. And, as always, be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to your order deadline. This can be found on the Home page of your NomNomNow Account.
