While your pet may not approve of this decision, we understand you may need to skip a delivery every now and then.
Skipping a delivery is easy, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- On the Plan page, scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Select "Skip or redirect an upcoming delivery".
- Next to the delivery you would like to skip, choose "Skip" from the drop-down "Status" field.
- Scroll down and select a "Reason for skipping."
- Click the red "Save schedule changes" button.
Please note, you may skip up to four deliveries and will receive an email confirming the skipped dates. Your account will still be active and resume deliveries after the last skipped delivery. As always, be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to the "Deadline to make changes" displayed on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account.
