We never want your pet to be without their NomNomNow! If your pet's meals do not arrive on the intended day of delivery or the tracking information for your pet's order shows as marked as "delivered" but you cannot locate the box, we recommend first contacting the delivery carrier right away. They will have the most detailed information about the status of your package or where the package was left.
If you need further assistance, please contact us right away so we can find a way to get your pet the meals they need. We encourage all of our pet parents to purchase a Backup Bundle or a full one-week backup supply of meals to freeze and keep on hand for situations like this.
