Have travel coming up and need your pet's delivery sent to another location for a couple of deliveries? No problem! Just follow these easy steps to redirect your delivery:
- Log in to your NomNomNow Account and scroll to the "Account actions" section under your subscription plan.
- Click the "Update shipping address."
- Click "Add new address".
- Enter the details of the new address and click the orange "Add new address" button.
- Back on your Home page, click "Skip or redirect an upcoming delivery".
- Next to the desired date of delivery, choose the new delivery address from the drop-down and click the orange "Save schedule changes" button.
If you'd like to change the permanent delivery address for your pet's fresh food:
- Log in to your NomNomNow Account and click "Update shipping address" under Account actions.
- Click "Update shipping address".
- Under the appropriate address, mark the "Make this my primary delivery address" checkbox.
- Click the orange "Save changes" button so it can take effect for all future orders.
