Have travel coming up and need your pet's delivery sent to another location for a couple of deliveries? No problem! Just follow these easy steps to temporarily redirect your delivery:
- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- On the Plan page, scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Select "Update shipping address".
- Click "Add a new address".
- Enter the details of the new address and click the red "Add new address" button.
- Back on your Plan page, click "Skip or redirect an upcoming delivery".
- Next to the desired dates of delivery, choose the new delivery address from the drop-down.
- Click the red "Save schedule changes" button.
