Have travel coming up and need your pet's delivery sent to another location for a couple of deliveries? No problem!
Just follow these easy steps to temporarily redirect your delivery to a new address:
- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- On the Plan page, scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Select "Update delivery address".
- Click "Add a new address".
- Enter the details of the new address.
- Check the "Set as delivery address" box.
- Click "Add new address."
To redirect an order to an address that was previously saved:
- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- On the Plan page, scroll down to the Account Actions section.
- Select "Update delivery address".
- Select an address listed under "Delivery Address".
- Click "Deliver to this address".
You can view the updated address on the Plan page of your account.
Please note, this will direct all deliveries moving forward to the selected address. To change it back, allow the upcoming order to place, click "Update delivery address" in your Nom Nom account, and select the desired address.
