Once your meals arrive, it is recommend to store them immediately in the freezer. You can then defrost each meal in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours before serving. Kept in a sealed container, defrosted food can stay in the fridge for up to 5 days. Be advised that your meals aren't shelf stable, so don’t please don't store them in the pantry!
If you need to thaw one of your pup's meals in a hurry, you can place the sealed meal pack in warm or hor water. This method also has the added benefit of releasing the food's savory aromas. We don’t recommend microwaving.
