Several days before your order leaves our kitchen, we have a deadline for making changes to your order. This is so we can make sure your pup's food is prepped and packaged in time for your next delivery. So if you need to reschedule, change your meals, or cancel, we kindly ask that you do so prior to this deadline. You can always find the deadline on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account. Just find the line that starts with "Make changes by..." underneath Your Next Box.
