First, we want to say welcome! We're excited that you're thinking of becoming a part of the Nom Nom family. Here's what you can expect at the start of your Nom Nom journey:
- Once you sign up, we’ll create a meal plan based on your dog’s health goals. We'll begin preparing your first order, and you’ll start with a two-week trial.
- After those two weeks, your recurring subscription will start up and orders will be sent every four weeks. You can cancel or make changes to your account, pet's profile, meal selections, and deliveries at any time (ensuring you are making changes before the order deadline for you next order).
