Changing your pup's meal plan to fit their needs (or yours!) is very simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Nom Nom Account
2. Click into the Pets page at the top of your account
3. Under your dog, click "Edit" on the right-hand side of the "Meal Plan" section
On this page, you can scroll down to find 4 editable sections:
- Recipes: To change the recipes your pup receives, click "Select Recipe" under each recipe you'd like to receive
- Recipe Options: Select the "Fixed" option to receive all the recipes you've selected in every order. Select the "Rotate" option to switch through your chosen recipes every order (one recipe per delivery)
- Portion Size: Choose between full portions and half portions, depending on if you'd like your pup to eat only Nom Nom or if you'd like to mix Nom Nom with another food source
- Meal Packs: Select the number of meals packs you'd like to serve per day. We'll split your pup's daily portions into the selected number of packs
You'll then be able to see a summary of your dog's meal size, the number of packs to feed per day, and the new cost as you continue to scroll.
With any changes you make to your pup's meal plan, be sure to click the yellow "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. That way, any updates you make will be applied to all your future orders. Also, please be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to the deadline displayed on the Plan page of your account.
