Want to serve up Nom Nom's meals to a new dog? We're happy to hear it! Here's how to add a new pup to your account:
1. Log in to your Nom Nom Account
2. Click into the Pets page at the top of your account
3. Scroll down until you see "Manage Dogs." Then, click "Add New Dog"
4. Go through each page entering your dog's details
5. Once your pup's profile is created click the "Build Meal Plan" button
6. Build out the meal plan that will best fit your dog's needs and preferences
7. On the final review page make sure everything looks correct for your new pup
8. Make sure to click "Update Subscription" at the bottom of the page to save all your changes!
If you'd like your new dog to receive meals in your next delivery, make any changes prior to the deadline displayed on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account.
At this time we ask that you contact us to remove a dog from the account. For now, please chat with a Pet Support Specialist to have any of your pups deactivated from your plan.
As a note, adding or removing a dog affects your subscription plan pricing, so we encourage you to double check that after making any changes.
