Whether you need it a little earlier than anticipated or perhaps a little later than you thought, you have the flexibility to reschedule your next delivery as needed.
To reschedule the delivery week for your next order:
1. Log in to your Nom Nom Account
2. On the Plan page, find the "Your Next Box" section
3. Click the Manage Delivery button
4. Select the "Reschedule" option
5. Choose your new delivery date
6. Click "Reschedule Delivery"
The deadline to make changes to the new delivery date will be updated once changes are confirmed, and you'll receive an email confirming your new schedule.
To update your regular delivery day of the week:
1. Log in to your Nom Nom Account
2. On the Plan page, scroll to find the "Delivery Settings" section
3. Click "Edit" to the right-hand side of "Delivery Day" to Update Delivery Day
4. Select the day of the week you’d like to receive your orders
5. Click the "Save Changes" button
