We know it can be tempting for your pup to dive right into their Nom Nom box to get at their tasty meals, but you should take care while unpacking your Nom Nom box:
1. Carefully cut open your box
2. Lift up the top flap of the liner and take a look inside
3. If there is any dry ice remaining in your box leave it in there and allow it to vanish in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets. Never touch dry ice with your bare hands as it may burn
4. Once all the dry ice is gone, remove meals and store directly in your freezer. Don't forget to put a couple in the fridge to serve immediately
