Every week we prepare your pet's meals fresh to order. Not carrying frozen inventory means your pet gets the freshest food available; however, it also means we must have deadlines in order to prepare your pet's food in time for their next delivery.
For this reason, we kindly as that you be sure to make any changes, skips, or cancellation requests to your upcoming delivery prior to your order deadline. The deadline for changes to orders will be the week prior to your scheduled delivery on Thursday at 12 pm PST. This can be viewed on the Home page of your NomNomNow Account. Please note, in the rare event we are able to accommodate a late request outside of the order deadline, a service fee will apply.
