- Log in to your Nom Nom Account.
- Click the Pets page in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select the pet by clicking "Update profile" under his or her name.
- Update your pet's details.
- Click the red "Save changes" button.
Before your first order
Update their "Previous food," as it's important for us to understand what your dog has been eating in case you need help transitioning them to Nom Nom.
Dietary changes of any type can cause temporary digestive distress to your dog, even when you’re switching to a healthier option. That's why we recommend giving your dog half Nom Nom and half their current food for a week. This transition gives them the comfort of their current food while they experience the novelty and excitement of their new, fresh Nom Nom.
As they continue on Nom Nom
Because we prepare meals just for your pet's specific caloric needs, it's important to keep us up to date on any progress or changes. This will ensure we are properly portioning their meals.
Please note, any adjustments to their weights and activity level may affect their portion level and, in turn, your meal plan pricing. Watch for any unwanted changes in weight—either weight gain or weight loss—after any adjustment to your pet's portions.
As always, be sure to make any changes to your upcoming delivery prior to the "Deadline to make changes" displayed on the Plan page of your Nom Nom Account.
